Baked Sugar Cinnamon Pecans

16oz     Pecans
2     Egg Whites
3/4 cup     Sugar
2 Tablespoon      Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon     Salt

 

- Turn oven on to 225
- Blend sugar & cinnamon
- Whip egg whites till stiff peaks, use a mixer if possible
- Fold together  peaked egg whites, salt, and blended cinnamon & sugar
- Fold above mix with pecans
- Spread evenly on aluminum half-pan
- Put in oven, checking every 15 minutes, turning every 30 minutes
- Should be done in 45 - 60 minutes, check for toastiness and flavor
